Terms: We accept credit cards, Paypal, as well as timely money orders and personal checks. Orders paid for with a personal checks are held until cleared by the bank. Instock items are shipped within 48 hours -- all of our other yarns are dyed to order, and will be shipped as soon as they're complete. Custom orders: We are currently open to new custom dye orders. Minimum purchase of a custom dye order is two skeins of the same colorway. Returns: We want you to be happy with our products. Contacting us with questions before placing your order helps to ensure that the item you purchase will meet your needs. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, we want to rectify the situation, so please let us know. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on club memberships, patterns, dyeing tutorials, or dyeing kits. Club members are permitted to skip one month of colorways and extend their subscription for an additional month if they so choose. . Because custom orders are created uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns on these items. Shipping: Shipping within the United States includes either First Class or Priority Mail and delivery confirmation. We are happy to ship internationally. Please choose the appropriate location at checkout. When available, items are shipped with delivery confirmation. Should you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 90 days. After 90 days, we'll be unable to track your order and unable to assist you in replacing the order. Privacy: The information you provide to us will be used only by Three Irish Girls.
