Terms:
We accept credit cards and instant bank transfers via Paypal, as well as timely money orders and personal checks. With the exception of Yarn of the Month subscriptions, we make every effort to ship your paid instock order within 48 hours. Orders paid for with a personal checks are held until cleared by the bank.

Custom orders:
We are currently open to new custom dye orders. Minimum purchase of a custom dye order is two skeins of the same colorway. To be notified of future stockings please send us an email using the Contact button at the top.

Returns:
We want you to be happy with our products. Contacting us with questions before placing your order helps to ensure that the item you purchase will meet your needs. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, we want to rectify the situation, so please let us know. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on Learn to Dye downloads and kits.

Yarn of the Month subscribers are permitted to skip one month of colorways and extend their subscription for an additional month if they so choose. Unwashed, unworn merchandise can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Because custom orders are created uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns on these items.

Shipping:
Shipping within the United States includes either First Class or Priority Mail and delivery confirmation. We are happy to ship internationally. Please choose the appropriate location at checkout.

Privacy:
The information you provide to us will be used only by Three Irish Girls. We do not sell, distribute, or display any of your information to others.
